Meet Sara!

Licensed Professional Counselor – under supervision
Certified Brainspotting Practitioner | M.A. in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Therapy

I believe healing is a deeply personal—and deeply human—adventure. As a therapist, my role is to walk beside you with warmth, curiosity, and compassion as you navigate your unique path toward growth and wholeness.

I specialize in supporting adults and children navigating anxiety, depression, identity challenges, PTSD, relationship struggles, codependency, and more. My approach integrates gentle somatic and cognitive therapies to support healing of both mind and body. I integrate a variety of therapeutic approaches, drawing from Brainspotting, mindfulness, attachment theory, Gestalt, somatic therapy, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), and self-compassion practices.

In our work together, you can expect a space that is filled with compassion, support, laughter, and is deeply respectful of your lived experience. I combine my clinical training with intuitive, integrative tools like the Enneagram, nature, movement, and meditation. I believe there are as many paths to healing as there are people—and together, we’ll find the one that’s right for you.

Together, we create a nonjudgmental space to expand awareness, foster growth, and promote lasting healing.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You just need to start.

What It's Like to Work With Me

Want to know more about me?

Healing and growth are deeply personal and it’s nice to know a little about the person you’re working with beyond the letters after a name. So here’s a bit more about me:

I’m a dog mom, proud auntie, nature enthusiast, movie watcher, and frequent nap-stealer. I came to this work after experiencing the transformative power of my own therapy journey, especially through the Enneagram (I'm a Type 6!) and Brainspotting—both of which helped me release old patterns and reconnect with my sense of self.

Before becoming a therapist, I worked in marine mammal care, which shaped my deep respect for the healing connection between humans and animals. That background now informs my interest in incorporating animals into therapeutic work.

I’m endlessly curious about how our brains, bodies, and hearts work—and how we can help them work better for us, not against us.
