Through exploration, reflection, and compassionate support, talk therapy can help you get clear on what is happening for you, your unique barriers to achieving your mental health goals, and help you move through your challenges to live your fullest life.

Brainspotting

Trauma and difficult emotions can leave us feeling stuck in our emotions and behavior patterns. Brainspotting is body-based treatment that uses eye gaze to support the accessing, processing, and resolution of emotional pain and physical pain. It is conducted in a safe and supportive space to offer the body time and space to move these difficult emotions through us. Check out this video for a little more info!

Coaching

Coaching services address your personal and professional needs, values, and goals that are unrelated to mental health issues. Coaching is a private pay service that focuses on supporting you in deep introspection to help you identify your goals and do the work to achieve your goals.
