Brainspotting
Painful past experiences and difficult emotions can often leave us feeling stuck in both our minds and bodies. Brainspotting is a powerful, body-based technique that uses eye gaze to access, process, and release emotional and physical pain stored in the brain and body. By identifying and focusing on specific eye positions, Brainspotting allows us to directly connect with the areas of the brain that hold unresolved trauma or emotional blockages.
As a certified Brainspotting practitioner, I will provide a safe and supportive space to give your body the time and space it needs to process and move through these difficult emotions. As we work together, you may begin to notice shifts in how you feel physically and emotionally as well as a shift in your behavior. These shifts can often be subtle but deeply impactful.
